We must ensure we uphold that trust by acting with the highest ethics and integrity in everything we do.
Security
We understand that security, availability and application processing integrity are critical for our customers. Our cloud must be safe, secure, and worthy to accept and manage the treasures of information our customers put in it. We are dedicated to providing industry-leading security for our customers’ data assets through our ISO accreditation, and within our products.
Privacy and Data Protection.
We are committed to respecting the privacy of our customers, employees and others with whom we do business. As a company operating in many jurisdictions around the world, we are required to comply with many privacy and data protection laws, and we are committed to doing so.
Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining.
We uphold the right to freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining.
Human Rights and Dignity.
We support and respect the protection of human rights. We treat one another with dignity, respect and professionalism. We will not tolerate discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate behaviour in our workplace.
Non-Retaliation.
We ask everyone to speak up when they have questions or concerns. We will promptly investigate all reports of suspected ethics violations by Planet Code staff and prohibit retaliation of any kind against anyone that raises an issue or concern in good faith.
Anti-Corruption
We will work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery. Paying and receiving bribes and engaging in corrupt activities are unacceptable and are not tolerated at Planet Code Solutions. We are committed to complying with all applicable anti–bribery and anti–corruption laws.
